Every Wanderprint poster is custom made to order from the design you submit at checkout. Because each item is produced specifically for you, this policy explains how production and shipping work, and how we handle refunds and replacements.

1. Production time

After you place your order, your design is sent to our print & fulfillment provider. Custom prints typically take [X–Y business days] to produce before they ship. Production time is separate from the shipping time below. During busy periods, production may take a little longer, and we will let you know if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping times and estimates

Once your print leaves production, delivery estimates depend on your destination:

Shipping estimates are not guarantees. Once an order ships, transit time is in the hands of the carrier and may be affected by customs, weather, or local delays. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are your responsibility.

3. Damaged or defective prints

We want you to love your keepsake. If your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error on our part, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within [X days] of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

4. Errors by us vs. errors in your design

Because prints are made to order, the policy depends on the cause of the problem:

To request a refund or replacement, email support@thewanderprint.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged or defective items, please attach photos. We will review your request and respond with next steps. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
